User data from 2022 field trials show clearly that for every 5 candidates that are sent for referral in the app, only 1 of them comes back as "referable". That's 1 in, 4 out.

Let's take a look into why we feel Referable has huge potential for in-house or RPO recruiters looking to map the market for high quality talent.

The image below illustrates the ratio using more realistic sourcing volumes, and based on actual user data we can see that for every "referable" candidate that is recommended or referred through the Referable app and moved to the ATS, there are 4 who were sent for referral, but either not known to employees, or was not recommended by them.

Obviously we need to assume that if our colleagues are recommending candidates or directly referring them, then they are what we may call "pre-qualified", which is a great place to start a search!!
